By using our shop and placing an order, you accept these GTC.
§ 2 Access and Customer Account
A customer account may be required to use our shop. You are obliged to keep your access data confidential and not to make it accessible to third parties. You are responsible for actions performed via your account.
§ 3 Our Products
We offer digital content (e-books). Product representations may vary depending on the display. We reserve the right to change and expand our offerings at any time.
§ 4 Orders and Conclusion of Contract
By submitting an order, you make an offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded upon our order confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse orders. Reasons for this may include, for example, lack of availability, incorrect information or suspicion of misuse.
§ 5 Digital Content and Provision
Our e-books are provided digitally.
After receipt of payment, you will receive a download link via email.
No physical goods are currently shipped.
§ 6 Prices and Payment Terms
All stated prices are final prices including VAT. Payment methods are displayed during the ordering process. You are obliged to provide complete and correct payment information.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal
For digital content, there is no right of withdrawal once we have begun providing the content and you have expressly agreed that the right of withdrawal expires with the execution of the contract (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).

§ 8 Intellectual Property
All content, texts, images, e-books, trademarks and designs on this website are protected by copyright. Use is permitted exclusively for private purposes. Passing on, copying or publishing without written consent is prohibited.
§ 9 Use of Third-Party Tools / Shopify
Our shop is operated on the Shopify platform. Shopify is not a contractual partner of the customer. Contractual relationships exist exclusively between you and "Jede Seite ein neues Abenteuer".
§ 10 Liability
We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, unless essential obligations are violated.
§ 11 Changes to the GTC
We reserve the right to amend these GTC. The version valid at the time of the order shall apply.
§ 12 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible, is the domicile of the provider.
