Right of withdrawal for digital content

When purchasing digital content (e.g., e-books) that is not supplied on a physical data carrier, there is no right of withdrawal if the consumer has expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has simultaneously confirmed that they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires in accordance with Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) if

we have begun performance of the contract after

you, as the consumer, have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and

you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal through this consent.

By purchasing an e-book, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions.

Note on provision

Therefore, returns, refunds, or exchanges of digital content are excluded.
