This first quarterly issue of JSEA Wissen – Biology reveals the fundamental thought models of biology and makes complex relationships understandable. Instead of an abundance of material, the focus is on building a stable understanding.
The issue gradually introduces central biological principles – from the characteristics of life to the structure of the cell and fundamental energy and metabolic processes like photosynthesis. Content is deliberately reduced, explained functionally, and embedded in meaningful contexts.
