This first quarterly issue of JSEA Wissen – Chemistry reveals the fundamental thought models of chemistry and makes central connections comprehensible. Instead of an abundance of material, the focus is on building a stable understanding.
The issue introduces fundamental chemical principles step by step – from observing substances in everyday life to the particle model, and on to initial ideas of atoms, bonds, and organizational structures like the periodic table.
Content is deliberately reduced, functionally explained, and embedded in meaningful contexts.
Chemistry thus appears not as an abstract subject of calculation, but as a tool for understanding the material world.
