The Nhy'ra are among the oldest known civilizations in the RION universe.
On their beautiful waterworld Nhy'ra Prime, they have created a society over millennia that is based on harmony, knowledge, and respect for all life.
Their cities grow organically from living structures. Their technology works with nature instead of against it. War and violence are considered relics of a bygone era.
But even the most peaceful world is not immune to challenges.
Changes in planetary cycles threaten the long-term balance of their home. At the same time, the Nhy'ra discover evidence that they are not alone in the universe.
As young researchers of a new generation begin to follow these traces, they uncover a secret greater than anything their civilization has ever known.
A secret that will lead them to other worlds.

M. A. Rion is the pseudonym of a German-speaking author who has been exploring visions of the future, science, technology, and the big questions of humanity for many years.
With the RION saga, he creates a science fiction universe not characterized by war and destruction, but by curiosity, discovery, and the encounter of different cultures.
His stories combine classic space opera, philosophical questions, and modern visions of the future into a universe full of fascinating worlds and extraordinary characters.
